At Hot Mess Creator Co., most current products are digital downloads, such as PDF guides, blueprints, and creator resources. Because these products are delivered electronically, no physical item will be shipped at this time.
Digital Product Delivery
After purchase, your digital product will be delivered electronically through the download method provided at checkout and/or by email.
Please make sure the email address used at checkout is correct so you can receive your download information.

Digital products are available immediately or shortly after payment is completed, depending on the checkout and download system being used.
Physical Product Shipping
At this time, Hot Mess Creator Co. does not currently ship physical products.
In the future, we may offer physical items such as printed guides, merchandise, creator tools, or other products. When physical products become available, this shipping policy will be updated with shipping times, processing times, carrier information, delivery estimates, and any applicable shipping costs.
Order Processing
Digital orders are processed automatically after payment is completed.
For future physical products, processing times will be listed on the product page or updated in this policy before those products are made available for purchase.

Refunds and Returns
