This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds work for digital products currently sold on our website, as well as physical products that may be offered in the future.
Digital Products
Most products currently sold by Hot Mess Creator Co. are digital downloads, including PDF guides, blueprints, templates, and creator resources.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all digital product sales are final once the download has been delivered or accessed.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital download products after purchase, except in the situations listed below.
Digital Product Refund Exceptions
A refund may be considered if:
You were charged more than once for the same digital product.
You purchased the same digital product more than once by mistake.
You did not receive access to your digital download and we are unable to resolve the issue.
The file is defective, corrupted, or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

Download Access Issues
If you have trouble accessing your digital product, please contact us at

We will make a reasonable effort to help you access the product, resend the download link, or provide a working file when appropriate.
Physical Products
Hot Mess Creator Co. does not currently sell or ship physical products.
Physical Product Return Policy
At this time, most Hot Mess Creator Co products are digital downloads. However, if physical products are offered for sale now or in the future, the following return policy will apply.
We accept returns on eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition it was received, in its original packaging when applicable, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please include your order number, name, and reason for the return.
Returns sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Photos of the item and packaging may be requested.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return: digital downloads once delivered or accessed, custom or personalized products, final sale items, gift cards, and items that have been worn, washed, used, or damaged after delivery.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or product, the fastest option is to return the original eligible item and place a new order.
